• Suggested ~ choose a general time frame to build this center

• Lean into the Numbers, start learning, or find a Numbers person

• When Fears/Questions/Blocks show up, please write them down. Each is important, and deserves some time and attention, and a reframe

• Time for you to be the Shiny Leader! Asks for some new ways of working … and eventually to have a team!

• Continue to hone the pathway for your desired client to choose membership. Your sense of the pain + the medicine is on point!

• Job you could be best at, in the world, for space ship project: counselor/coach with healing space

  • Tuning into Life’s Work, so you know what is core, and what is extra or side interest

• Imagining a Space

  • Open+diverse, help people feel welcome, corners with things to offer - books, sleep, ? - get support from the place

  • Lots of activities, quiet time, classes, gatherings

• 50 / 50 desired split - between tending space + people

  • New - Consider the concept of a “space”, in a thematic/abstract way. Explore in various cultural settings. What it can look like. What are core elements

  • Take it on as your training, eventually learn all of the ones in Seattle, so if someone asked you for recommend, you’d know all of themConsider the purpose, the medicine, the offering

• Start to clarify the medicine, the offering?

  • What would you want people to say after experiencing your work and the space? What was true before they found you and after?

  • What is the pain that you’re answering?

  • What are more of the gifts people will receive?

  • What would you want to be known for at the end of your life?
