Are you offering any Tax Parties or workshops this year?

Shucks. I’m sorry to say no, I’m not hosting any events in 2025.

Here are some options:

• Collective Chemistry is offering a Tax Party on Monday, March 31, 2025. You can sign up here ~ on Eventbrite. I’ll be there as a guest to offer some tools, and answer questions. 

• Book$ Club. This is a great option, if you mostly know what you need to do … and just need a place to do it, with friends who get it. I will offer JGF tax tools for the March and April meetings. And can answer quick questions. I’m only at the March 3rd one. (Gone for Apr 14th)

• Make your own mini tax party. Sign up for a One-Time consult with a friend, you both split the fee! There’s only a few spots left. So if you’re interested, I’d sign up soon….

I don’t really have any good records … I meant to set up a system for tracking, but never did. Can you still work with me?

Yes, absolutely! I can help you collect all the numbers and forms you’ll need for filing taxes … usually pretty quickly. Within 1 or 2 sessions. I have lots of tricks to make it fast. Also, working with me, you’re in a NO judgment zone. We’ll make it fun, and you’ll feel great when we’re done!

I live outside of Washington state, can you still help me taxes in other states?

Yes! Depending on what you need.

What I can do / help you with:

• IRS taxes - for businesses in any state

• Walkthroughs, tutorials, prepping your numbers, and/or I can be your filing wingwoman

• Getting clear on all your numbers, so you can do local business taxes easily

• Feeling comfortable and calm around money, taxes, forms, claiming / reclaiming your power and confidence in this area.

• Research your local requirements, to help you file any biz taxes in your city/state

• Make you custom checklists to keep it all together.

Caveats / limitations:

• I work with sole proprietors, and single-member LLCs

• (I hope to work with S-Corps in the future.)

• For doing biz chores outside of WA - like renewing your LLC, filing local taxes, setting up a biz - please know as we do this, I’ll be learning along with you. Usually, I’m a quick study though!

• I’m not an accountant … my expertise is the basics, my focus is helping you understand your taxes, and do all that you can do … if your situation calls for more expertise, I’ll be upfront about it
