How to Prepare

Page

Hello there!

I’m excited for our upcoming meeting. Here’s a little info, and a few tools to help you get prepared! ♡ Jenny

How do I prepare for a meeting?

This depends on you! Honestly, preparation is full optional. I find that magic will happen during our session, however you arrive.

Please choose what feels most supportive, easy, nourishing, exciting to you. This can range from:

  • doing absolutely nothing (ignoring it even!)

  • to jotting down the things you want help with

  • to journaling

  • to collecting a whole bunch of materials

  • to a combo of journaling and collecting stuff

What would feel the best to you?

This also depends on what type of session we’re having. If it’s a One Time Consult, you might wish to come with a list of stuff to work on. Since our work is limited to one session. If it’s a Custom Package, there’s even less need to prepare, in a way, because there’s time between sessions to do additional processing or optional homework.

If you do like to prepare … keep scrolling, there are tools and more info below!

ProTip: If you’re feeling anxiety, stress, overwhelm … related to the work we’ll be doing, you may want to plan some calming mind-body care before and/or after our session. Perhaps a cleansing shower or bath, a walk, some breathing, or other relaxation things you like to do.
