Please block out 2 or more hours in your schedule. Typically our time together will last 100-110 minutes. It’s helpful to have a little buffer around our consult.

Bonus prep: plan a little time after our consult for any journaling or planning. If you can, try to keep the following evening mellow and supportive. This work is rewarding and deep and can be tiring.

Using a JGF journal or your own method. It’s also okay to simply show-up!

We’ll meet in person or on Zoom, we will likely chat a little bit before diving into our work. We’ll get stuff done! Then spend a few minutes at the end closing out our session.

If applicable, I may send you a few additional tools, resources, encouragement. If you want to send me any updates later, I would love it!

You can also send quick questions that come up later. If I can answer them in 5 minutes, I will through email. If they’re longer questions, we can do a short pro-rated follow-up call.

It’s easy to go on to the next thing … and forget to savor the moment. Perhaps give yourself a reward for facing this work! Tell friends and family what you accomplished. Smile to yourself, and say, “Hey, I did that! I invested in my business and myself!”
