Mar 6 / Was a wild week! Learning to start work from a calm place (vs. stress). Idea to choose the first thing, then put on post-it or in alarm. Rename “busy season” >> “tax season”. Get out of the house. Move the body for stress. Plan some fun outings.

Mar 25 / Fix-it plan for the CCH debacle. A small error, just caused a big mess. The idea is NOT that Jocelyn works 20 hours a day. The answer includes the team, a sustainable plan, and then we message clients as-needed. Checked with Birch, and she can get the docs done on time. Move the WA filers to the May 1 deadline.
